This is the second time in this hotel and very pleased with its location. Getting off the bus, took two steps and you are in the hotel. Maksim on the reception, was very helpful and polite. He told everything in detail. Check in again, didn't take long. The floor, again, went to the fifth, but this time the view was on the old market and the water canal of the city of Tartu. What was very upsetting was the bad smell of damp or musty in our room. Even the air conditioner could not cope, and the smell was still felt. The room smelled of curtains and perhaps it was from the proximity of the building with water. It is impossible to open the window at night, because music from the speaker sounds around the clock from the cafe opposite Tartu grill. Therefore, I had to close the window and turn on the air conditioner. Breakfast is very nice. Everything is fresh and tasty. Although not very diverse. And when at breakfast I did not understand why the visitors looked at me like that, I saw that they were not looking at me, but at the singer Anne Veski, who was sitting next to me, who modestly had breakfast with her husband at the next table. It will be very remembered.

Very friendly and nice stuff made the check-in process go smoothly. Rooms were in good condition, although in my opinion a renovation could be done in the next few years. Overall experience was still very positive. Next morning I had to call to reception and asking to extend the check-out time (for medical reason), which the stuff gave a permission and no extra fees was asked for this, hence I'm really grateful for the stuff. The breakfast at the hotel was also nice, though bit too salty for my taste. Unfortunately didn't have time to visit the 24/7 gym this time, but will give it a try when visiting next time.

Each time I stay at this hotel, I anticipate top-notch service. I look forward to a delicious and hearty breakfast, a spacious and clean room, and, most importantly, accommodating staff. Additionally, I appreciate the availability of a kids' room and table football on the 2nd floor. The hotel's location is ideal, with the international bus stop and a Rimi grocery store located below the hotel windows. Furthermore, the hotel is in close proximity to the old town and the main entertainment point - AHHAA centre. I truly had a great time during my stay here!

The hotel is modern, situated in the walking distance from the city center, next to the big shopping mall. The view from higher rooms is nice. The parking lot is small but at the reasonable price 5 eur per day we could park at the shopping malls parking lot which is connected with the corridor to the hotel what is very convenient. The room was spacious, with comfortable bed. We would appreciate a fridge. Breakfast was various and tasty but the restaurant was very busy with at least 2 big tourist or sports groups.

I love that it was just across the bus station. When I got off the bus from Tallinn, I just walked and crossed the street and was able to check in immediately. They have really good breakfast. My room was a good size and I had the river view. Very comfortable bed. I could walk to Old Town in 10 minutes. You can take a boat trip right on the river dock for an hour or more as an activity to do. The restaurants along the river are really close by.
